About me
A computer science engineer and technology explorer focused on backend systems and cloud engineering.
Rooted in computer science, I’ve honed my skills through hands-on projects in backend and cloud engineering. Today, I’m driven by combining technical rigor with creativity—building systems that connect ideas, enable scale, and create real impact.
Experience
-
Optimized large-scale search systems handling 1B+ records using TypeSense and Elasticsearch, achieving sub-100ms query latency with TypeSense versus multi-second response times in baseline Elasticsearch under high load. Evaluated indexing efficiency, faceted filtering, and typo tolerance across both engines on production-scale datasets using Docker.
-
Contributed to LocalHire, a cross-platform local job marketplace, engineering 25+ REST API endpoints using NestJS and MongoDB with JWT authentication and RBAC. Reduced deployment time from 10 minutes to 3 minutes by automating CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Docker Compose on AWS EC2. Supported API integration across the iOS application and Next.js admin dashboard.
Throughout my journey, I’ve been driven by a desire to push boundaries—whether that means exploring new technologies, rethinking system design, or challenging conventional approaches to building software. I believe innovation isn’t just about incremental improvement; it’s about reimagining how things can be built better, cleaner, and more efficiently. In my work, I focus on combining fresh ideas with practical, real-world solutions to create systems that are both robust and thoughtfully designed.
When I’m not immersed in building or learning, I spend time exploring new concepts, refining my understanding of engineering fundamentals, and reflecting on how systems evolve at scale. For me, growth comes from embracing challenges, stepping outside comfort zones, and continuously leveling up—technically and personally. Every problem solved and every system improved reinforces the idea that progress is built through curiosity, persistence, and a willingness to learn.
I enjoy connecting with people who like building, learning, and experimenting with new ideas. If you’re interested in collaborating or just want to chat about tech, feel free to reach out.
